itv3 and 4 hd

Update: tried a test line and they work now so must be provider .

This problem was on the zgemma forum the other day, and it happened to myself.
EPG for them was blank, and no picture. Did channel rescan, downloaded EPG again, nowt, then an hour later both were back. No idea how or why, but I wasn't the only one With this bizarre problem!

They changed the service ref couple of weeks back for itv 3 and 4 HD could be something to do with that
