Kernel dump error. Please Flash your Kernel zgemma

Hi i am getting a Kernel dump error. Please Flash your Kernel zgemma when i try to take a full backup of my image. I tried reflashing open atv 6.2 but it still comes up with the same message.

How do i fix this?

How did you try flashing 6.2?

Try USB flash or send the zip file to medi/hdd/images

On box Blue button flash online then local and choose devices goto you're hdd then images folder and highlight the zip file then try to flash that.

Hi i used USB to flash 6.2. i tried what you said but there is not "images" directly in hdd so i created one then put the zip file then flashed online but it says "not enough space on hdd you need at least 300mb"
