i have checked on vm and there is a problem there side by the looks of it

hi john, iv got sv7 which you prob know been down for over 4weeks now/ would you reconmend the kryptview then/ is it easy to load filmware etc. getting fed up of waiting now lol

have you tried a re-scan of the box?
