ye done that is was a fault at there end they sorted it thanks.

ejoy the box then, atleast it is more reliable than the starview, feel sorry for the customers that are now lumbered with them

My channels are mostly down again on kryptview 780.
Tried re-scanning to no avail.

It seems to be doing this now every few days... is everyone else having problems with theirs?

Really annoying that this keeps happening, when everyone says kryptview is good, and I paid £160 about a year back for this box!
I've put my virginMedia box back on now as i'm so sick of this happening.

The other day the fault was at vm's end, all mine went off about 10 mins ago but came back on 2 secs ago, due to alot more people buying kryptview the derver will constantly be getting updated, i would stick with it as it will settle in due course.
