Im looking to update my SKY UK channel list. My SkyBox comes with a gift. So i dont want to loose it. I saved all the files to USB.
Ive been told not to update the channels, i know that updating firmware will wipe everything clean, but im not sure if updating the channels will do it too.
Majority of my channels are working but some are not.
So...do i do this ?
-save the files
-wipe all the existing channels
(Do i scan for new files? or just update from the list on usb) ???
-update it from usb with AJ latest channel list, i think the latest i came across is september 2013
-put back cc*** (no old channel list)
-reboot
