Hello room could some one please send me the latest fix image so I can stick it straight on my USB stick been trying for hours download it of open fix but for some reason when I plug USB in box it never gives me the option to update starting to pies me off now can someone help please
 
one main reason why you go to source and download direct from there and file is compressed so will need extraction first.
have you got the 8gb kingston usb formatted to fat 32 and then image extracted to usb and follow the guides in flashing box.

box has to be powered off while inserting or removing usb.
