LG smart TV

Hi just wondering if LG are going same way as Samsung and not supporting Smart IPTV ,software update appearing on screen recently and wondering if this will cause any issues

Use smarters player on LG TV if provider supports it a lot better than smart iptv imo

No updates available for mine and btw I keep copies of previous firmwares on my Mac just in case something goes wrong. Agree with Baz that Smarters is probably the better app but only any good if your provider supports it. I've been using Smart IPTV on my LG since January and its rock solid, not a single crash, which is 10,000pc better than Smart STB which crashed all the time, every single time I used it.

BTW There is an updated app for Smart IPTV available as of 22-7-19
