Libertview V8 - No internet connection via ethernet

Hi all, Im need to all this. I've purchased the above box and have the channel list installed and have a gift (from fleabay). After adding the gift all channels played. After about 15 mins my Internet connection from my box to my Sky router has gone. I am using a hardwired ethernet cable. When I look in CCcaf.cfg it says for my server 'Login/offline'. I've tried to use youtube and web tv but neither are working so I presume its my Internet connection. Any help would be much appreciated.

Ive just checked the weather app and that seems to be working?

Recheck your so called gift---never buy off the bay.
Ask for a test line here on the forum and if that works then assume you've been fleeced like so many other e-bay victims.
