Line issue

Hi for the last two days all my channels are freezing constantly line s like 2 month old and been perfect until now. Will this be the issue the supplier is not txting back. So far I have reflashed the box and rescanned all channels (Free channels 1 to 5 non hd are fine)

your best bet would be to request a test line from the request thread on this forum. That would answer your question best.
