Line Issue

Evening , all the channels for my line have gone dark overnight ( Zgemma H2S ) Tried the usual , reload line , restart the cam with no joy. Internet connection fine - network test all green even tried a mates line which I know is active and no joy. Channel rescan all still dark - FTA all fine! Any suggestions ? Ta ( Also had the line working on my H2H and that's also dark!

you referring to sat or cable? if sat - you are referring to the remaining channels, right?

and of course, you have confirmed with your provider line is still active?

Sat , but not confirmed my line with provider , but my mates line is working at his house but not on my boxes. ( did earlier this week )

try a test line from the sat section to rule out provider...............

put box into deep standby, reboot your router and then turn box back on.

Network test only communicates with router, if there is a conflict on the router with the box you won't get internet from box. Best way to test network connection on box is to try and stream something on IPTV Player plugin

Thanks guys , got the line active again by rebooting the router !! Strange one as my IPTV was fine !!
