line keeps freezing

my apologies if this is in the wrong area
after a little advice please. i have a h2h and no matter what i do it keeps freezing, I've tried lines from various providers and still no joy.
i have xtream tv also which freezes now and again but nothing major.
so far i have also tried going through my vpn router, still no joy and i have tried directly from my vm hub, can't seem to sort it.
any ideas would be great.

yes i think so. ive just done a clean install using groggbuild and updated it. this has been going on for a cpl of months now. can't seem to get my head round it
 
install service app and try that :) go too plugins and install it then go too service app and change it too serviceapp

Is it a VM line or a IPTV line that keeps freezing?
