Line on box but Channels not coming through

Hi all, I need help, I've got a VU+ Solo2 box running iPab v1.3 but no PPV channels work apart from the BT sports channels

The CLine have works on two other openboxes so I know there isn't a issue with the line also within the softcam panel v2.0 it show a green circle which I believe indicates that the cline is good.

i updated loaded my cline via the usb using the on screen menu

I had it all work up to last weekend but now for whatever reason it has now stopped. ( the kids have promised me that they haven't mucked about with anything which i don't believe them!!)

if you need any other info from me please ask

sorry if I sound stupid but I'm not too sure what you mean?

When I said ppv I mean sky 1, sky movies, sky sports etc

manual scan would need info before scanning 1 tp does it not ,autoscan scans whole satellite

reading 1st post again would suggest to run a network scan to see if all green,if not reboot box and router then into cam and make sure cccam 2.3.0 is ticked and autostarted.

Yes the blue button does access the softcam but it all looks good to me in there. There is an option to see more information about your cam which shows that it's connected
