Line on the side of TV when using solo2

So i have this random line on my tv. Now its only when i use the vu+ solo2 if u plug in my laptop or xbox one/ps4 it goes away. Any ideas. It looks like static thingy u get on tv but nothing moving. Its the white on the right in the picture.

How do i change screen position? I can't find that option. I checked in A/V settings and other places.
