"List is empty" IPTV problem

Hi all. I’m having a problem with the extreme TV plugging on my Zgemma H2 S.
Whilst the subscription is running, if I open VOD or a live TV, it simply says “list is empty”.
I’ve tried it from two different providers and I have the same problem.
Also, every time I open the xtreme plug-in it asks me to validate the account.
When I press the button it will validate and pings to the server okay.
I’m running the most recent version of Wooshbuild, and also I’ve updated xtreme plug-in to the most recent version.
Has anybody an idea as to what this might be?

First make sure you don't have any family filters enabled on your internet. If vod list says empty you need to contact your supplier as he has not enabled the vod ,also check the mac address showing on the plugin is the same as the original mac address you gave your supplier as this has been known to change after updating.

OK, I am using the Xtream pulgin that as per the link from the supplier.
Definitely no filters.
Whats worse, is sometimes the list does appear briefly then goes back to saying its empty...
The MAC address is the same dead beef as so many H2S seem to come with, any chance thats an issue?
 
Each box has a different mac so that won't be the problem, I would speak to your supplier and get him to check his end.
