Long Shot - Sat or Cable in the USA

Hi all,

I am moving stateside next month; I was just wondering does anyone know of anyway of pretty much doing what we do here to Comcast or Direct TV? or even point me in the direction of some forums that would - I have searched all over and can't find anything so may not be possible - but it would be great if someone could share some wisdom!!

I lived in Texas for a few years and never really managed to find out anything, same for my mates in Portland.

Thanks, I had figured as much, anything I can see is pre 2012 before everything went digital/encrypted.

When I lived there IPTV was not affordable or easy to get, I'm not a big fan of IPTV yet I ended up with a slingbox at my parents on multiroom
