Looking for Plex server or similar

Hi

I have a fire stick and I'm looking for a loaded Plex server for streams, or similar to Plex that I can get working with the fire stick, the only requirement is that it MUST let me do transcoding as I have a slow (<3Mbps) connection at home, so I need to be able to transcode to get a stable stream. I can stream netflix ok at 720p as it adjusts the bit rates etc to suit the connection

Any suggestions?

I'm on EE. The speed is rubbish here as we're so far from the exchange. They are planning FTTC and there's even talk of FTTP next year offering 300Mbps but until then, I'm stuck on 3.
I use zgemma h2s for satellite but I want some VOD movies etc

u best get a mag 254 got lods of vod .plus theres not much left on sly now
