Loss of IPTV &XCplugin

Every few weeks all this goes blank. The channels are listed as normal but just a black screen and the XCplugin plugin disappears too. It takes hours of messing about to get it back but most times returns overnight. Any ideas please?? I have a zgemma H2h box.

Auto bouquets it will be in

Auto Bouquets, Press your menu button, and you will see the Option in there to Disable..

Think I’ve done that, but still blank. Have rebooted too. Have lost the program details also
