lost all channels on sky

hi all having a problem with sky side of box (b), I'm not getting any premium channels at all ive rebooted box and super hub no joy , ive checked signal strength all ok , ive restarted cam still no joy , cable side is perfect any help would be great many thanks to all

You checked with your sat provider, might be issues his end. Is your connection showing online or offline?

when your on the sat side. do a network lan test, see how that goes. menu>setup system>network>device setup> network test> green for start test, all should be ticked green if ok

Normally you would find one red on this setup if it were an issue with the provider, is it N or C your using?

as said maybe provider has issues and you have checked others?presume as you did check the cable is ok that once the network is running on one side of box it should be ok on other,dont worry i check also:whistling:presume both providers on same cam.sometimes they go down and need a pm to check.
