Lost all channels

I was trying to rescan so I can receive itv box office
I deleted ABM and did auto scan then ran ABM but ABM crashes every time and resources boots after 10 seconds
Also when I try update config files that says uncompatable 2.4 to 2.5 or something
Please help

I have h2h with both sky and virgin all was working fine till I messed with things also I'm running Vix but I've not set this box up myself
