Lost channels only got freeveiw,

I did a re-flash on Whooshbuild yesterday as it came up to update and I have now lost most of the channels, it appears I've now only got freeview, but as I'm not tech savvy I don't really understand it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for quick response, where will I find my line? As zgemma was already set up,

You should have backed it up before you reflashed. So you will have to ask your supplier. Unless you have any details in an email etc

When you add it back you will need an ftp client like filezilla on a laptop.
