Lost Sky channels

3 month old Zgemma H.2S, have just had to replace the Solwise powerline and have lost all sky channels following the change. Things I have tried/checked.
Networks test shows all 5 ticks green.
Softcam setup shows mgcamd 1.38 Ccam 2.3.0 and another slightly of screen all active
Software updates all up to date
Storage devices re initialised

Is there anything else I need to check

Put your box's ip address into your computers browser followed by :16001 that will let you into the cccam server page and tell you how many cards are active.

So either your server guys has switched you off, or you have deleted your cccam.cfg file or your box is not connecting to the internet correctly. Can you download any pluggins or watch anything via iptv. Anything to prove that your box is getting a connection to the internet.

You can't have 2 softcam mangers active, only one, if it's a C line then CCcam.2.3.0, if a N or CWS then mgcamd

Thanks, I appear to be connected tried YouTube videos loaded OK although with regard to IPTV addons some were loading some were not. I presume the server info should be OK as I paid for 24 months. Is there anyway to restore ccam.cfg or do I need to go back to the guy who sold me the kit

Contact the guy who sold you your line and ask if there are any server issues
