Mag 254 w1 and w2 problems to update.

After I have turned on The bios on usb bootstrap
It starts loading mag 254 bootstrap
After that looking for mag 255 lmageupdate on usb flash-drive
But file mag 255 is not found on flash-drive
So the problem is the mag 254 is looking for a mag 255 image file and I can't find one custom built image for my mag 254w1 and my mag 254w1
Need help so please send a link for a image or tell how i should do..
I also looking for a custom image to my mag 351

Hi and thank's for your answer
I know how to upgrade from usb memory and from inside the mag on autoupdate.
And I have a usb 2 with 4 gig memory who's working fine to update mag 254 without wifi
I got this message when i try to flash the mag 254 w1 see photo below
