Hi All.
I've got two subs on my mag box one which works fine but the other one will only load up to the channels and when I click on the channel there is no white bar loading the channel, logo on the bottom of the screen flash up as you would normal expect but nothing else. I have been on vlc on my computer and the sub is working ok and works fine. I have done a factory reset and it is still the same. if anybody else has experience with this issue or has any suggestions they will be greatly appreciated
