Max XP1000 reset some how

Hello guys,,

Just received a call today from a friend... Her box has suddenly changed to Max XP1000 -- she has promised me she never did a software update however what ever its done..

Is there a way of getting the box firmware back again to zgemma/vix or openatv and stop the box thinking its a Max XP1000 ??

it has had a software online update hence the issue,reflash original image with sucmnsee choices or others for that box saving your cfg files and line first.

I've tried many reflashes.. Is there a link to the best image to try use

more like usb issue.

The USB is fine.. It does the flash but nothing changes
