mgcamd keeps stopping

mgcamd keeps stopping.
when i watch a channel for a hour or so then go to a new channel and its blank
but if i go to menu,TSpanel,softcams and press start/restart then it all start working.
how can i stop the mgcamd from timeing out. i have it set to auto start .

do you have cccam installed ?

if yes remove cccam
