As far as I'm aware you will get other counties versions
Not the uk ones

But the others can come with English audio

Docs are pretty much the same such as history,nat gio and discovery. Sports are avaialble but many don't carry english commentry and movies are available with english. The are lots of providers but not every package opens and this could be due to card pairing or the server you choose not having a card for that package.

To answer the question, no - you cannot. The UK has their own versions of channels and whilst some of them share the same content with other countries versions at times, the program listings are usually different for the most times.

Probably better going down the IPTV route if you're internet connection is half decent.

Yea I've tried even with Ethernet cable I was freezing plus the lay out wasn't user friendly for the family tbh
