Movie film4 and film4 +1 ain't working on my zgemma h.2s please help

Hi guys I'm using open atv firmware on my zgemma h.2s box and my movie channel film4 and film4 +1 ain't working I'm getting 0 snr and 0 agc I've done a autoboutermaker scan update and still nothing. Can you guys please help me I would appreciate it alot

You could try an auto scan instead if the AutoBouquet scan didn't make any difference.

Menu -> Setup -> Service searching

Then select tuner A and do an automatic scan. Go off and make a cup of tea as it will take 20 mins.

I then do the same for Tuner B.
