My h2s only receiving free view channels

Hi guys bought my zgemma h2s box of eBay with 1 years gift, installed it fine been working fine for the last 2months. And now all I get is free view channels tried rebooting turned the wifi box off tried all the cables still nothing can anybody help me please?

Hopefully this isn't the case but as it often turns out buying from fleabay with a 12month "gift" very rarely lasts more than a few months. Have you tried contacting the person you bought it from?

Yes he tried to tell me to try different stuff when I said it still didn't work he ain't got back to me

The is a section on her request a test line first and see how it is especially on a Saturday night as that is when servers get most busy they range in price u normally get what u pay for yet you may be lucky

I can't see no test line section mate

Under request a line and you'll get loads of pms about it ask them for a test line in pub or I'd send u a link

Also make sure your mailbox is empty otherwise it will get full and you won't get any more messages
