Most folk will opt for FileZilla or flash fxp, though if using wooshbuild on the Zgemma you can use a usb stick and add via the cams file transfer plugin
There maybe some more technically gifted people on here who might know a way via windows 10

yes you can make sure network sharing is enabled find zgemma and then usr and keys and enter in there
