narration on some programs

Hi I have a skybox f5 on some programs I get a voice setting the scene maybe for people with poor sight,how do I get rid of it

Click the audio button on the remote, a list (2 or 3 options) will appear in the top left corner, just change it with the arrows ad it will stop with the narration

Opps - sorry posted and then realised you were using a F5s. Which I dont have a clue about!

Thanks for the reply,I tried it and got two options the one I am using and another so I am trying the other one now,problem is this does not happen on all programs,so will have to wait,it started last week,with a BBC one,and this morning with universal ,so will try it again tomorrow,it may have worked.

Press audio and look for the NAR option and set it to disable

Well I seem to have got rid of it,I did alter the audio on both the tv and the skybox,I have had it on Universal this morning and no voice telling you what is happening so all good thanks everybody.
