NBC Sports working then not ......

I had NBC Sports working yesterday perfectly using a vpn, but today nothing will load and I get the error message 'one or more items failed to play check log'. Strangely it works ok on my PC.

I have flushed out the cache and even uninstalled and reinstalled.

I hadn't changed anything from yesterday so why doesn't it work anymore ? Any suggestions gratefully accepted.

I'm having trouble with both the hammy40 link and the anisotropic link too
