Ok so i got my new shiny blade 5000s yesterday but i'm really struggling with getting it to work??
This is what i've done so far :
installed the latest march firmware (but got very confused as to which .ssu file to use as there are 2) and app and an img ??? i installed the img file was this right??
then i have installed the config file which i had to get as it is not attached to the main 5000s download
then
got a test line and inserted it all as stated and even asked the line provider if it was all correct reply was YES but still not receiving $ channels
in a "how to" it states that you need to reboot at the end i think i have done this right as i couldn't find the reboot button in the menu, i simply switched the box off at the back and removed the usb
Any ideas as to where i've gone wrong guys.
