hi, i just got gigablue box. how do i find out my net id to put in? cheers

Best get it off an official vm box.

Look in the menu under techstuff it should appear at the top of the page.

It will look like this

yep got it all up and running bees cheers. new problem is that auto bouquets maker wont work i just get a cannot read data error . any clue mate?

What release of Vix are you using if it is a fairly new one (Apollo version over 100)

It could be a glitch at the other end, maybe re try later.

You can always just scan first to make sure everything is working, then set up autobouquets later.

using vix 115, got provider set to 41052 as i live in kent. and virgin uk set to yes. not sure what else really. im stuck

just to add i got all channels and working so there fine.
