Net id location

Hi folks
Quick question
I am setting up box in my house location Scotland net id 40891
The box destination will be in Teesside 00010 net id
Will the box have to be scanned in Teesside as to receive local regional channels
I have tried to scan with net id for Teesside whilst in Scotland but no joy
Also does anybody know what provider for Teesside is

Use autoboquetsmaker and use teeside 00010. This will only work when you are in teeside.
It won't work whilst you and in Scotland.
Leave the tuner config at 00000. Region is pure I think.
