Netflix password clamp down

Not surprising.

The security they use make it impossible for cracked accounts to be feasible.

Even mates Netflix which is legit which was using will be pointless.

Netflix becoming a dictatorship.

Tbf legit Netflix isn't bad value for those who watch a lot on it, loads of series and films to go at.

Can get majority of such content on plex or VOD apps tbh.

Personally think the above covers most whats already available on the main subscription streaming services.

Yeah but it's not the same as pressing a button on the remote that takes you straight to the legit app showing you the point you're at in a series and suggesting other things to watch based on your viewing history, with no need to worry about a vpn or other interruptions to service. Netflix is good value.

Fair point but won't be for everyone.

But can understand why some may prefer legit Netflix.

iirc netflix' business model hangs on sizable growth.

they burn through cash to compete on content and the growth may not be sustainable.

i agree it a great product and value for money but all that exclusive content costs and they have all sorts of long term deals that cost billions and are predicated on their continuing to hoover up new subs

not surprising they are clamping down on such a wide spread practice.

Agreed but then some devices you can program using key mapping lol

But the price on Netflix isn't all that bad tbh is it 12 quid 4 screens something like that I'm not sure on pricing

You can get majority on plex and vod subs and vod updates automatically plex dosnt.

Say a vod sub cost £20 for year then you want multiroom in 2 other rooms £10 per connection that's £40

Plex usually £15 for year then same as vod sub £10 per extra connection in 2 rooms that's £35

Netflix say £13 4 screens in 4k/uhd ect
Can see why wanting to clamp down as sharing screens =loosing money/customers even hacked accounts don't last long now days as there on it lol

But I read this and although it may stop hacked accounts being shared...its not likely to stop u sharing with friends ...the screen that comes up as already trialled..get your own Netflix or if this is legit then we will send a code and obviously you get that as the legit holder and pass it to user...

Depends as seen a couple plex servers which update daily and allow couple of devices to be used on at same time for £30
