Hi dudes, been setting up h2h box on vm for me dad who lives in garston south Liverpool, Id av found for this area is 40916 but when in auto bouquets the number isn't there when scrolling through, any ideas how to solve this guys

I have tried others bud, and although channels might be there some say tune failed, I.e, sly sports 1 no joy yet sly sports 2 comes on,same with movies aswell

When am trying to scan for channels in autobouquets there is no option for Liverpool south( 40916 ) is there a way to put this Id in manually and if so how? Thanks

Just use what's available (nearest to you) Channels will clear.

That's all the netids for virgin uk in autobouqetesmarker and netid 41016 Liverpool is there so should show in providers try it and see if that works

am in kirkdale and i use the knowsley id

Av tried the Knowsley one but some channels won't clear, the south Liverpool id is not in the I'd's for autobouquets

Has it ever worked ok?
Is your signal ok, cables all good?

Av only just set it up for him but have done loads of boxes before, round north Liverpool area,Warrington widnes, box is set up ok just no net Id for south Liverpool in section were u set it up in autobouquets,

I live up the road in Mossley Hill and use 40916 which works fine for all Sports HD channels and Movie HD Channels.
However i was also missing sports and movies channels when i first received the H2H box until i re-flashed the box with Dsayers 2014 (VM line only) and once i rebooted added the gift code details back in and restarted everything i then received every HD channel and SD channel

Sound la,al try reflashing box,I just put the latest vix image on from zgemma site, and al see if 40916 is in bouquet Id list as it's missing at the minute

I set my network ID to 40916 but in the Virgin area I just used 41016 Liverpool TDN as 40916 isn't listed

I reckon the Flashing with Dsayers image was what worked for me rather than where the Bouquet was pointing

So you av set tuner Id to 40916 and bouquet id to 41016? That's problem av been Avin that 40916 not listed in bouquets id

41016 Liverpool TDN should be listed in autobouquets.
There is no need to set your tuner ID if your only using cable, just make sure the tuner is switched to a C (cable setting) pick your nearest net ID to you and scan with autobouquets maker.
If your not using autobouquets then a full scan would be done and you would set up your tuner with your net ID.
A lot people set both up, there is no need, use one or the other.
