need some help, whenever i jailbreak my phone, my speakers on the phone start crackling and experience problems during calls with voice clarity. Can someone help me???

I have a question,
My 3GS is jailbroken (5.0.1), to update to the newer version do I have to go through the whole jailbreak process again or is there an update process through Cydia or something?

do i activate with my original or with the sim i want to use ?

I would use your original sim to activate. Once you have jailbroken and unlocked the phone you can use any sim.

You can jailbreak your iPhone for free. To do this, download iOS, iTunes and jailbreak software. The downloaded free software will create a custom ipsw firmware on your phone and put your iPhone in DFU mode. Move to the iTunes and using the ipsw provided by the free software restore your iPhone.
That will work well.
