New mag iptv box problems

Hi

I have just received my new mag 254 iptv box yesterday and I have a few questions and queries about it.


I set it up all ok and all the channels are there and pre loaded on the box but channels are constantly freezing and buffering even though I have good internet.

Also my movie section is sticking and buffering and there are few dead links.

Also I have turned my smart setup off on my bt router. Not sure if I have to do anything else.

Not sure what this is, Any help would be appreciated?

Check you BT account online and make sure that none of the security 'features' are enabled. Look for My Extras on the BT website and make sure most options are disabled.

If you suspect the problem could be with your provider, message me and I can provide you with something that you can compare against.
