Hi , New to this so hope am posting right, I have a zgemma h2s , after a few days I lost the epg listings , I've left it on overnight for updates and when I try to go into crossepg "download now" I get an error message saying no NIM no. I haven't made a favourite channel list , about 5 freeview channels came up this morning with full listings with all others still blank. If I click on a channel and then go back into epg the program will appear on it then , would be grateful for any help , g

Hi, try and run an autobouquets maker scan first before trying to download the EPG.
On Vix press the blue button and select autobouquets maker scan and let it run.
On ATV press and hold the blue button until a menu appears and select Autobouquets make scan.

Doh! Just noticed your on cable....the NIM made me think that but saying you have h2s confused me lol
Leave your box on the channel VM Movie Previews for 5 mins or I have attached a procedure to set it up to auto update.
