Hi have download the latest firmware from sucmnsee and for the past week i cannot get the n line to work. I have virgin media and it works fine at my house but a friend of mine has talk talk and can't get the line to work on his network.
Is there any changes i can tell him to make for the n line to work with his box.
He has an open box with the same line and it works perfectly fine but the zgemma doesn't work. I have advised him to press menu, setup, soft cam ci, soft cam manager and yellow button to restart. This doesn't work for him. If i bought the box back to my home which has virgin media internet, it works perfectly.
I have told him to do the network test and all is green.
Any advice on the matter. I have tried refreshing all sucmnsees images but no success
