Newbie experiencing problems

Hi all im new to this and i am experiencing constant crashes suddenly with my openbox v5s.

It has been constant this evening to the point where i haven't bothered with it tonight, what would you all recommend for me to do as i have the latest openbox firmware already although it is a new box.

Any help would be much appreciated.

your box crashes or your channels scramble. plese leave more detail

If the box is actually crashing (rebooting or locking up so nothing works) then check that the ventilation slots are not covered as heat can be problem.
