hi every one new to group have a 5s box with a active line that somebody wants me to look at as all channels dont work looked at site a few times before but never had a box to play about with at same time just made a backup of box just wondering where to start
 
If the channels don't work then contact the line/gift provider and ask why, most common reason is the line has expired and ended early for some reason. If it was purchased off eBay then its ended early and they need a new line, lots of scammers on eBay selling lines claiming to be 1 to 2 years but lasting no more than 6 months.
