Nline supplier and annoying glitches

I was with a guy last year and his service was spot on and i didnt have a single glitch in around 6 months, howerver halfway through the 12 month contract he seized his services which left me to go with an alternative supplier, i had the 24hr trial which was fine and glitch free so decided to go ahead and pay for another line, since then i've had glitch after glitch every day on my box whilst watching programs, i thought it was just a fault with the box!! but i've since brought another zgemma for a different room and installed the same line and theres still lots of glitches, i have contacted my supplier and according to him its fine at his end :S, so i was hoping that maybe this guy was back up and running to honnor my remaining 6 months contract :-) i can pm details
