No audio on S*y1 (S*yOne)

No audio on S*y1 (S*yOne)
I'm only a casual watcher, so only using TVT*p but friend with Le*z account has the same problem.
Tried all possible audio settings but no audio since yesterday.
Other channels are OK.
Is anyone else suffering the same or does anyone have any bright ideas?

Yes check with your supplier as working fine but may be your device needs audio settings or change HDMI cable
 
My friend has different supplier, obviously not hardware as we are both getting problem BUT we are both using the same VPN supplier. So I played with VPN servers and it is now working.
Difficult to say what the problem was but it could have been have been a speed problem.
Thanks for replying at least I knew to keep going.
 
Sometimes VPN country gets overloaded so best way is to change country
From my experience best ones are:
Netherlands or Switzerland or Italy
