No Channels except bbc london and itv (SD)

I asked back in post #5 and you confirmed you only received bbc london and itv ... you need to help us to help you otherwise it's very difficult to advise you on the best course of action.

Yes m8, you did, that why i asked him again, as he never got round to answering you on this, so i though, he has all the free channels, and just didn't know it[ as he has not looked for them ] so i think he`s got the jif now as to where he has when wrong...

I do apologise, Im new to this and I didnt know there was a difference between the hd and sd channels because they are normally free on other boxes
