No Data

I wonder if I could be helped please. I lost signal for all premium channels on my Amiko Alien 2 box. When I get on yo Oscam settings online, it says connected but with "no data". I am using Newcamd. It's been working fine until 3 days ago. Please help.

Contacted your provider check you're still enabled on his end?

The problem is I am no longer in touch with the provider. I have updated Spark and reinstalled enigma 2, using OpenAtv. Still no luck!
