No EPG for VM Ireland

I have an OS Mega with both sat and cable. I have been running CrossEPG for nearly a year it it has picked up both EPG for sat (astra 28.2) and the VM epg. However from today all VM epg data are gone, completely empty. I was reading in some post that you can simply select VM channel 100 for a few minutes and the VM epg will populate. That did not work for me. I have deleted the epg data and even reinstalled the crossEPG plugin without any difference and rebooted the box. Any suggestion how to get back the VM EPG?

Did you try downloading epg importer as it has Virgin Eire epg

I have not tried with EPG importer but now after a few hours on a VM channel the epg was automatically populated, I guess it was just a glitch. If it happens again I will try with epg importer. Thanks for your response.
