No EPG On Zgemma h2h box

Hi,
As the title says I have h2h box all channels are there but no epg tried cross epg but nothing also tried epg refresh
the box was given to me by a friend who was moving abroad

so hope that someone can explain how I get the epg on the box

PS: the box is only connected via cable in to rf in with f connector

Please help
