No sky channels - new router please help

Newbie
I have just recently upgraded my broadband to talktalk fibre optic. Since the change my blade box comes up 'scrambled service' on all the sky channels. When I do a ping test the connection is fine! Can anyone help me out with some ideas to remedy it?

if you're using a wifi bridge you need it to connect to your computer and reset it so it connects to your new router then connect it to the box

or another reason could be your sub provider has blocked you because the i.p has changed just get in touch with he/she and tell them you've changed net providers
 
I'm really not technical..I had someone install the box for me. How would i reset it? Excuse my ignorance! Thank you zee24

On a Blade 5000 you can check by going "menu" then enter 9991 to bring up hidden menu.
Should show normally a green box either in Newcam or Cccam'
Scroll down and click on whichever it is and check that server status reads "on"
