no sound on hd channels

hi all,a m8 of mine just rang me he says when he goes on hd channels theres no sound.all other channels OK mine OK so not a cline issue coz on same server.any ideas please ONLY HD CHANNELS AT FAULT?

Ask him to check these settings in his audio/auto language selection menu are the same
